Was chatting to a client at the Brighton and Hove Chamber this morning. We had done a homepage audio FAQ (frequently asked questions) for him a few months ago. He told me how a client had recently said how the audio had swayed him to use him in preference to others. This reminds me of a similar testimonial given to me by at least two current members of the Hove Breakfast Group - who had also checked out the group on the strength of the homepage audio.
What would be really good is a definite way of measuring success here - hard to do but what a challenge.
